Austin Ratliff Recital

The College of Visual and Performing Arts at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor presents vocalist Austin Ratliff in recital on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 3:00 pm in Hughes Recital Hall. Austin will be joined by Colton Hedrick, guitar; Zach Thompson, guitar; Ashley Wallace, drums; Katelyn Short, synthesizer and vocals; Clinton Barrineau, piano and vocals; Chris Wright, bass and vocals; and Julia Brown, violin.  The recital is free and open to the public.

The son of Richard and Terry Ratliff of Victoria, Austin is a senior Bachelor of Music in Church Music major at UMHB. He is a member of One Voice, Concert Choir, and is the appointed student conductor of University Singers for the spring of 2016. Austin currently serves as music minister for Skyline Baptist Church in Killeen.

The recital will feature contemporary commercial music by Colony House, David Dunn, Matt Maher and Kari Jobe.  Austin is a student of Associate Professor Lisa Clement.
