Cardio Combat (Cru-Fit class)
This 45 minute class will target cardio and strength training using boxing, weights, boot camp style techniques, gloves, heavy bag, etc....High energy sport moves and music will give you non-stop calorie burning and muscle toning. This class will make you sweat, boost your metabolism, and get you into shape. If you want energizing music and a FUN, challenging workout, this class is for you! bring a towel and a water bottle. Cru-FIT classes are free to all UMHB students, faculty and staff. Join in anytime!
