Dr. Sanchez serves as the Director of Ethics & Justice at the CLC. After getting a BA at Howard-Payne University in ESL, he earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies with a Missions minor. His Master’s thesis was entitled: "Paul's Instructions to the Corinthians Concerning Idol Meat: Principles for Decision Making in Grey Areas." He also holds a PhD in New Testament Studies. He has over 20 years of ministry experience, including 11 years as the Youth Pastor at Chinese Baptist Church of Fort Worth. In addition to his roles in ministry, he has taught college and seminary courses in Biblical Greek, New Testament Introduction, and ESL. His teaching style is creative and engaging, and often incorporates the use of a ukulele.
