Beginner to intermediate yoga poses, flows and breathing are taught to increase strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a great stress reducer! Mats provided, or bring your own! Cru-FIT classes are free to all UMHB students, faculty and staff. You may join at anytime during the semester, but must register on the Cru Rec phone app using your UMHB email and pw.
