CruFIT BARRE is a workout that uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Pilates and yoga. It's a great way to increase muscle strength, including core, legs and arms. CruFIT BARRE is one of our Cru-FIT Group Fitness classes that are free for all UMHB students, faculty and staff.
