Jazz Ensemble Concert with Guest Melvin Butler

The Jazz Ensemble plays a widely varied repertoire including styles of music from Duke Ellington to the contemporary artists of today. A strong emphasis is placed on sight-reading. The ensemble performs 3-4 times per year, including festivals and community concerts.

November 22 at 7:30pm in Baugh Performance Hall, Sue & Frank Mayborn Performing Arts Center.

Admission is free and does not require a ticket.

FAE credit will be provided for all UMHB students who satisfy attendance requirements. Please consult the FAE syllabus for more information.
