Beginning to Intermediate yoga poses and flows combine to strengthen your whole body.Repeating and holding the poses adds to your flexibility and balance. Cru-Fit group fitness classes are offered by UMHB Campus Recreation. All classes are free and open to UMHB students, faculty, and staff. Join ANYTIME!

I was able to make it, I had to run my kiddos to church, for youth group. I would love to see more after 5:00 yoga classes on perhaps well any day but Wednesday and Friday. I would even think about doing a Saturday morning yoga once a month or every other Saturday. "Rise and Shine Yoga". However as far as evenings I think M-T-TH would be GREAT for faculty and staff. SO please do anything you can to make it happen!! :)
