Power Cut (CruFIT Group Fitness Class)

Free weights and more! You will learn how to use hand held weights, resistance bands and body weight to work on the strength areas of the core, arms, legs and glutes. Bur calories and increase metabolism. Bring a water bottle. CruFIT classes are free and open to all UMHB students, faculty and staff.
