Recurring Alternatives: Sculpture by Greg Reuter Opening Reception

Growing up in California in the 60’s with a love of music and surfing, Greg Reuter later earned the MFA in sculpture and ceramics from the University of Hawaii. After working for a time as a studio potter in Washington state and California, he moved to Texas in 1978 and began teaching at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. His sculptures in iron and bronze revolve around the Padre Island National Seashore using the beach as his studio. Reception and artist talk on Monday, September 24, at 5:00 PM. (FAE)
