Rev-FIT Cardio Scupt
Faith and Fitness Class Combines a variety of cardio and weight resistance exercise. Each class is different and could include cardio circuits, tabata intervals, dance moves, kickboxing, drumsticks, etc… For muscle strengthening we use dumbbells or exercise bands and we do a variety of core exercises on the mat. Finally, we cool down and “soak” to worship music, where everyone is quiet for probably the first time all week. You can “be still and be loved,” stretch, pray, or just chill. This is a no judgement zone, no comparison zone. Burn Calories, Build Community, Be Inspired! Cru-FIT classes are free to all UMHB students, faculty and staff. Join in anytime!
