25 mins of spinning (indoor cycling) followed by 20 mins of boot camp-style strength training in The Loft. Register by downloading the Cru Rec app on your phone. For new accounts, choose sign in via the portal Use your correct UMHB email and One login. Register for each class you're interested in. All Cru-FIT classes are FREE to UMHB students, faculty and staff. No commitment and you can register at any time during the semester. Bring a towel and a water bottle!
