25 mins of Spinning (indoor cycling) followed by 20 mins of bootcamp-style strength training using body weight, dumbbells, heavy balls, battle ropes, etc... (in the Loft) First Come, First Served until further notice and limited to 11 participants due to Covid restrictions. CruFIT classes are free for all UMHB students, faculty and staff.
