SPIN PLUS! (Cru-Fit Spinning Class)
25 minutes on a spinner (stationary bicycle) followed by 20-25 mins of bootcamp-type exercise for core, arms and legs in the LOFT area. The spin part of the class is located in the Spinning Room of the Rec Gym. Your instructor will take you through the paces with energizing music and motivation.Your work-out will consist of a series of intervals, using aerobic and an-aerobic energy systems, resulting in mega calories burned and plenty of sweat. The Loft exercise will use barbells, mats, heavy balls and a variety of exercises to create strength, endurance and balance. Bring your water bottle and a towel! Cru-Fit group fitness classes are offered by UMHB Campus Recreation. All classes are free and open to UMHB students, faculty, and staff. Join ANYTIME!
