Spin Plus! (Cru FIT indoor cycling - plus weights)
25 minutes of indoor cycling, followed by 20 minutes of bootcamp-type exercises, including weight exercises, dumbbells, matwork and more (in the Loft) Burn calories, build muscle! Bring a water bottle and a towel! CruFIT group fitness classes are free and open to all UMHB students, faculty and staff.
